General Shipping Info
Our shipping prices are calculated by weight, and are specific to the country that the package is being shipped to. You can find out the shipping price by going to step 1 of the checkout process (way before you pay, so don't worry!).
UK Shipping
Items shipped within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail first class. If your order totals over £10 before shipping, it will also be sent by Recorded delivery which offers insurance (please note, this will need signing for!). Orders totalling over £40 will be sent by Special delivery, adding extra insurance (this also will need a signature!).
Typically, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however occasionaly this may not be possible. If this is the case, we will let you know when your item will be dispatched. You will recieve a dispatch notice via email as soon as your order is sent!
OVERSEAS Shipping
Items shipped outside the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Orders totalling over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure, adding extra insurance (this will need a signature!).
Typically, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however occasionaly this may not be possible. If this is the case, we will let you know when your item will be dispatched. You will recieve a dispatch notice via email as soon as your order is sent!
For ideas of shipping times please consult the Royal Mail website (http://www.royalmail.com) which will give you average time scales to your country. We do estimate, however, that your item should not take longer than 3 weeks!
RETURNS!
All items on FinestImaginary are constructed in-house, with few exceptions being noted on their item page. Items are fully inspected before they're sent out, too, so quality control is kept to a high standard. However, if for some reason you're not satisfied with your order, please let us know! We'd love to sort out any problems you have, and make your shopping experience enjoyable.. cos hell, we want you to shop here again! Please do check the size charts before you order though, cos that just saves a lot of hassle in the long run! If you do find that you've ordered a size that doesn't fit, we will gladly exchange the item for one of a correct size within 30 days of purchase. We will only refund for items if the fault is on our part, and the item has been returned within 5 days of purchase.
