Shipping and Returns

UK Shipping

Shipping is FREE within the UK on orders over £20! Woo!

Our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class in the UK, orders over £80 are sent via UPS. We aim to ship orders within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of purchase. Keep in mind that we're not Amazon, you're getting free shipping in the UK, and there's usually just one person running this whole shebang!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally from the UK. Shipping is calculated on checkout, and there is a shipping calculator for your convinience. 

 Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. No tracking codes are available for this service. We aim to ship out your order within 3 working days of purchase.

Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 21 days to arrive (this is for Australia and the USA), however it's generally around 5-7 days.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return an item?
Sure! For all jewellery items except earrings (these can't be returned due to hygiene reasons), simply return the item unworn and in it's original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. Any other items (pins, notebooks, coasters etc) can also be returned unused and unopened in it's original packaging within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange.

We cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they're faulty.

We refund the postage you paid on returned items, but not the cost of returning.

My item was broken, can I get a refund?
If there's something wrong with your item then please get in touch within 60 days! All our packages are inspected before they're sent out, but sometimes things go wrong during transit... we don't want you to be unhappy with your shopping experience with us, and we'd love a chance to set it right! 

If we can repair the item, we will, otherwise we'll send you a replacement out as soon as possible. We can also refund you for the cost of the item (not including shipping) if you prefer.
